Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Relivr Logistics processes cancellations, refunds, and returns related to logistics services.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation is allowed only before the pickup has been completed.
  • Once the shipment has been picked up or dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Shipment not picked up due to service failure by Relivr.
  • Duplicate payment or incorrect billing.
  • Service not rendered due to cancellation initiated by Relivr Logistics.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Shipment delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
  • Incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
  • Customer-initiated delay or delivery refusal.
  • Parcel damage caused by prohibited packaging or content.
4. Refund Process
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
5. Disputes & Claims

For shipment damage or loss, please raise a claim within 72 hours of delivery. Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our shipping liability policy.
